Meet Our #IfSoSquad

It all began when Ivanna, the daughter of a cherished family friend, volunteered to model and take photos for our new styles. Word quickly spread, and several girls were eager to join the fun. This inspired me to launch the #IfSoSquad Ambassador program, inviting aspiring young models aged 10-15 to share their stories and aspirations.

During the casting process, we invite candidates to dive into a series of fun-filled interview questions, where they can share three reasons why they want to become ambassadors. We also let them pick their favorite clothing pieces, because everyone’s fashion taste is unique! When we first held open casting in 2023, we were thrilled to receive 40 applications. Each year the number more than doubles, with over 100 girls striving for just 12 coveted spots!

It’s truly heartwarming to see how these young women transform. They often start off shy and reserved, but as the process unfolds, they blossom into their authentic selves. Witnessing their development of social skills and their ability to step outside their comfort zones during such a pivotal stage of life is incredibly rewarding.

Being an ambassador goes beyond modeling; it’s about representing our brand with pride and giving back to the community.

Now, these remarkable girls are recognized everywhere, and we couldn’t be prouder of the journey we’re all on together. It’s not just about fashion; it’s about empowerment, community, and having a blast along the way!
